VETTING MEMBERS

You clear initial vetting and your account and public behavior is maintained in the manner that allowed you to clear vetting. 

If after a minimum of 1 month probationary membership you decide to apply for full UDU membership, you pass secondary vetting to complete the upgrade to UDU membership.

UDU MEMBERS

You understand that your actions both positive and negative can have impacts on the entire UDU team, so continue not breaking the TOS or any rules associated with the various community servers and social media platforms etc. 

You will work towards securing UDU node properties* and put genuine and significant efforts towards swiftly building them, following the general build order established: MTU; LMU; SDU; SWU; DBU; CHU and any guidelines outlined by node managers. If you don’t know who they are, ask in the UDU server.

*You will not mint, buy or trade into any UDU nodes, if you have no intention of developing those properties. You understand that if you do so as a repeated pattern of behavior, you will most likely be removed from the team. 

If you want to buy into and develop properties within existing nodes, this always involves an initial conversation with that node's node manager.

You will be as visibly active and involved as you can be in the team and understand that unexplained inactivity for a month will most likely see your membership removed, you’ll be restricted to the #lurkers-association channel and will need to undergo full vetting procedures before being reinstated. You understand that these steps have been put in place to protect the existing and emerging interests of active server members.

You will make an effort to assist in accomplishing the UDU team’s goals in and extending from Upland, whilst helping yourself and other members with individual goals through advice, guidance, support and active engagement. 

If you decide that you need to lower your portfolio of node properties, or that UDU membership is no longer for you, you work with the team to ensure that node property transfers or your exit from the team is as fair and drama free as possible. 

If you have any issues or gripes about the UDU team or its members, you air these out ASAP to an UDU management member.

By joining the UDU Discord server, you confirm that you do not have more than one Upland account and understand that if you are subsequently found to be in breach of the TOS, you will be removed from the team and the server.
